About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Strategy and Operations Lead to join our EMEA ISV team. As a key member of our sales operations team, you will play a critical role in driving sales processes and strategies to help customers on their cloud adoption journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies and processes to drive customer adoption of cloud services
  • Partner closely with EMEA ISV sales leadership and sales operations teams to set ambitious goals and develop frameworks for reporting, analyzing, and measuring progress
  • Analyze industry and AWS internal data to understand the competitive landscape and identify customer trends
  • Support strategic initiatives from an analytical standpoint and develop key executive reporting for EMEA ISV leadership
  • Develop and maintain scalable mechanisms to benefit both AWS EMEA ISV and the wider organization
