About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join Amazon's EMEA ISV team as a Sales Strategy and Operations Lead. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for supporting Sales managers and Sales Strategy & Ops leaders in running sales processes aligned to day-to-day execution of the business.

You will be the central SME for operational requests raised by EMEA's sales teams, owning resolution or collaborating with internal end-users and cross-functional international teams to solve problems and deliver successfully against high standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing strategies and implementation processes to help customers on their cloud adoption journey.
  • Partnering closely with EMEA ISV Sales leadership and EMEA Sales Operations teams to set ambitious yet achievable goals for the sales organization.
  • Analyzing industry and AWS internal data to understand the competitive landscape across services and identify customer trends.
  • Supporting strategic initiatives from the analytical standpoint.
  • Developing, maintaining, and executing key executive reporting consumed by the EMEA ISV leadership.
  • Ensuring that the quality and timeliness of analytic deliverables meet and exceed the Sales Operations team expectations.

Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
- Experience conducting sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data and translate the results into actionable deliverables, messages, and presentations
- Experience developing and implementing systems/tools utilized for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc.
- Experience defining, refining, and implementing sales processes, procedures, and policies or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience presenting to senior leadership
- Experience using Salesforce (or other CRM tool) or BI tools
- Experience with SQL
