EMEA Sales Operations Analyst Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled EMEA Sales Operations Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our EMEA Sales Strategy & Operations team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and adoption across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with EMEA Specialist Sales leadership and Sales Strategy & Ops leaders to develop and implement data-driven sales strategies.
  • Develop and maintain analytics to unlock growth potential and drive execution of sales strategy.
  • Identify inefficiencies in sales processes and drive actionable and measurable improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal end-users and cross-functional teams to deliver successfully against high standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software.
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data.
  • Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working within a high-growth, technology company.
  • Experience in finance, business management and sales operations.
