EMEA Sales Operations Analyst

Join our team at Engineeringuk as an EMEA Sales Operations Analyst, where you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and adoption for strategic AWS domains and services in the EMEA region.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual to partner with our EMEA Specialist Sales leadership and Sales Strategy & Ops leaders to help grow adoption for strategic AWS domains and services. As an EMEA Sales Strategy & Operation Analyst, you will leverage your strong analytical capabilities to define data-driven recommendations from in-depth analysis of internal and external factors affecting business performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales processes, procedures, and policies to drive sales growth and adoption
  • Partner with EMEA Specialist Sales leadership and Sales Strategy & Ops leaders to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Monitor sales performance and provide data-driven recommendations to drive business growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful sales strategies and processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
  • Experience defining, refining, and implementing sales processes, procedures, and policies or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working within a high-growth, technology company
  • Experience in finance, business management, and sales operations
