Sales Strategy and Operations Lead, EMEA ISV

Key Responsibilities:
- Support in the development of business strategies and implementation processes to help customers on their cloud adoption journey.
- Partner closely with EMEA ISV Sales leadership and EMEA Sales Operations teams to set ambitious yet achievable business goals for the sales organization, then put a framework in place to report, analyze and measure progress against them.
- Analyze industry and AWS internal data to understand the competitive landscape across services and identify customer trends.
- Support strategic business initiatives from the analytical standpoint.
- Develop, maintain, and execute key executive reporting consumed by the EMEA ISV leadership.
- Develop processes and scalable mechanisms to benefit both AWS EMEA ISV and potentially the wider organization.
- Ensure that the quality and timeliness of analytical deliverables meet and exceed the Sales Operations team expectations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data.
- Experience conducting sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data and translate the results into actionable business deliverables, messages, and presentations.
- Experience developing and implementing business systems/tools utilized for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc.
- Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent.
