About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Strategy and Operations Lead to join our EMEA ISV team at Amazon. As a key member of our sales operations team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, adoption, and customer satisfaction across our EMEA ISV business.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Implement Sales Strategies

Partner closely with EMEA ISV Sales leadership and EMEA Sales Operations teams to set ambitious yet achievable goals for the sales organization, then put a framework in place to report, analyze and measure progress against them.

Drive Sales Process Improvement

Analyze industry and AWS internal data to understand the competitive landscape across services and identify customer trends. Develop processes and scalable mechanisms to benefit both AWS EMEA ISV and potentially the wider organization.

Provide Analytical Support

Support strategic initiatives from the analytical standpoint. Develop, Maintain and Execute key executive reporting consumed by the EMEA ISV leadership. Ensure that the quality and timeliness of analytic deliverables meet and exceed the Sales Operations team expectations.

Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams

Collaborate with Sales Operations teams and Sales leadership to define, land and execute against our strategic priorities for the AWS CS EMEA business. Your analytic skills, strong business judgement and focus on our core operational inputs will make you a critical partner to Sales and Sales Strategy & Ops leaders as you help them execute, identify gaps and remove barriers to execution.

Requirements
  1. Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
  2. Experience with Microsoft Excel and Data Analysis
  3. Experience with Salesforce and CRM Tools
  4. Experience with SQL and Data Visualization
  5. Strong Business Acumen and Analytical Skills
  6. Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills
