Join Our EMEA Ruckus Team as a Strategic Inside Sales Team Leader

We're seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Inside Sales Team Manager to lead our multicultural and multinational EMEA Ruckus Team based in Madrid.

Your responsibilities will include working closely with the RUCKUS Inside Sales Account Managers to identify goals that will drive business growth and position RUCKUS's solutions for new business through our Ecosystem of partners. This involves telephone sales and scheduled in-field visits.

You'll be at the forefront of crafting a high-performance department lifecycle, covering effective recruitment, swift onboarding, and strategic development of premier talent. Your impact will reverberate throughout your team as you dive into daily operations and ensure physical presence in the office and active mentoring.

This role involves modifying and improving processes based on concrete evidence. As a mentor, you'll adapt techniques for optimal results, ensuring a flexible approach to success.

We're looking for a success-driven leader who excels in the dynamic landscape of talent development and team management. If you have significant experience in building and maintaining outstanding inside sales or other high-performance teams, and proven success in using CRMs to drive sales and efficiency, we want to hear from you.
