About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Strategic Sales Leader to join our team at NTT DATA. In this critical role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing business strategies that align with our global and regional organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with regional Sales Leadership and decision-makers to develop a sales strategy that delivers strategic objectives.
- Determine targets for the sales force and lead efforts to exceed them.
- Implement and enforce sales procedures and policies as defined by the sales leadership.
- Create operational plans and identify areas for continuous improvement in the sales process.
- Operationally manage a team of sales professionals, creating and executing plans, and reporting on team activities.
- Engage in account planning and assist Client Managers in qualifying opportunities for large or complex deals.
- Work with vendors and partners to create go-to-market strategies with sales teams.
- Serve as a mentor/coach and advisor to assist sales professionals in setting and achieving priority activities.
- Take final responsibility for updating and maintaining sales tools/systems and sales reports.
Requirements
- Prolonged experience in a similar role within a related environment.
- Prolonged previous experience operationally managing a sales team.
- Prolonged experience dealing with clients and influencing sales.
- Prolonged demonstrable experience in sales management.
- Prolonged strategic and operational planning experience.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
