Job Description:

Omega CRM, a leading company in Customer Experience services, is seeking a Strategic Growth Leader to drive business growth and consolidate our position in the market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, leading the sales team, and ensuring the successful attainment of our sales growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales objectives
Collaborate with the EMEA Growth Officer and Salesforce Practice Members to drive successful conversion of new business opportunities
Manage client relationships and ensure the fulfillment of objectives and the Omega-promise to the client
Manage the scope and expectations of new projects and drive clients under profitability management

Requirements:
Over 7 years of experience in Salesforce business development and significant experience in strategic sales management and go-to-market roles
Strong business sense and industry expertise, with a Salesforce network well developed in the Spain ecosystem
Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills
Analytical thinking and data-driven mentality
