AWS EMEA Sales Operations Lead

Drive revenue growth and adoption across EMEA markets as an experienced sales operations leader. Partner with Demand Generation leadership to define strategic priorities, develop processes, and execute key initiatives. Analyze industry data to understand competitive landscapes and customer trends.
Key responsibilities include supporting the development of strategies to drive customer cloud adoption, partnering with EMEA teams to set ambitious goals, analyzing industry and Amazon internal data, and developing executive reporting for EMEA leadership. Additionally, you will ensure the quality and timeliness of analytic deliverables meet team expectations.
A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required. Experience with sales CRM tools like Salesforce or similar software, as well as Microsoft Excel, is also necessary.
