About the Role

AWS Emea Sarl (Spain Branch) is seeking a highly skilled Industry Enablement and Sales Readiness Lead to join its Global EMEA team. This exciting opportunity will empower account teams to engage and sell to customers by increasing overall go-to-market effectiveness and accelerating growth through ongoing industry, new hire sales readiness, and sales productivity programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement enablement strategies and programs to accelerate growth by strengthening selling capabilities.
  • Optimize and accelerate new hire sales readiness/effectiveness.
  • Accelerate growth through AWS Partners and ProServe.
  • Advocate for the Field with cross-functional teams.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software.
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data.
  • Experience defining, refining, and implementing sales processes, procedures, and policies or equivalent.
