Arrow Electronics, Inc. is a leading innovator in the technology sector, dedicated to providing cutting-edge solutions and fostering a dynamic work culture.

We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Sales Leader to spearhead our sales strategy for Broadcom's Enterprise Security Group portfolio in the EMEA region.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving retention, portfolio adoption, and competitive displacement within the IT industry.

The successful candidate will lead a team of account directors and collaborate with key partners to achieve financial and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for Broadcom's ESG portfolio in EMEA.
  • Drive retention, portfolio adoption, and competitive displacement.
  • Matrix Manage and support a team of account directors aligned to these accounts.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with C-level executives and senior management.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and partners to achieve financial and business goals.
  • Coordinate forecasting and pipeline processes across Arrow countries.
  • Design and develop sales campaigns with marketing strategists to target strategic customers.

Salary Information

We offer a competitive salary of $140,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus performance-based bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience in the technology sector, particularly within the IT industry.
  • Experience managing customer relationships, sales processes, and programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams in a matrix organization.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time.
  • Fluency in English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Fluency in additional European languages.
  • Experience with strategic sales initiatives and marketing collaborations.
