Strategic Sales Director for European Market Expansion

Salary: This role offers a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for growth.
Job Description: As a Strategic Sales Director for European Market Expansion, you will lead our sales efforts in the region by opening new markets and clients, solidifying relationships with existing ones, and managing countries pursuing targets and developing accounts in detail. Your responsibilities will include representing and presenting Beesion's solutions to prospects and customers, developing a territorial plan to sell our suite of products and services, recommending and developing sales strategies based on market research and competitive analysis, and continuously updating forecasts and managing the sales pipeline.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you should have a proven track record of success in complex solutions and medium to large bid/project management, strong knowledge of leading-edge Telco/CSP architectures, and the ability to carry out assigned annual sales goals. You should also be highly team-oriented, collaborative, flexible, and independent, with a bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or a related subject area, and at least 12 years of experience in sales to telecom operators.
