About the Job
As European Sales Director for Fisher Scientific, you will be responsible for leading a pan-European sales team focused on driving growth among small, mid-sized, and remote customers. Your key objective will be to apply data and digital tools to optimize sales efficiency and performance.

Target Customer Segments
The target customer segments include Pharma, Biotech, Academia, and Industrial. This role is fully remote, allowing you to work from home anywhere in Europe. Regular international travel, approximately 25-50% of working time, including overnight stays, will be required to support your team and attend customer and supplier meetings. Candidates should live within commuting distance of an international airport.

What You Will Do
You will lead an ambitious sales team, applying data and digital tools to drive growth among our target customer segments. You will develop and execute strategies to strictly optimize sales efficiency and performance. This role requires a strong understanding of the industry and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Estimated Salary
We estimate the annual salary for this role to be around €120,000 - €180,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
