We are looking for a skilled Sales Director to launch Driven Properties' operations in Madrid, establishing a strong presence in the European market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a sales strategy focused on the Spanish market, aligning with Driven Properties' expansion goals.
- Lead a team of real estate agents, providing guidance, support, and resources to drive sales targets and growth.
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the Madrid property market, leveraging partnerships and collaborations to drive business success.
- Conduct market research and analysis, identifying trends, challenges, and opportunities to inform strategic decisions.
- Represent Driven Properties at industry events, enhancing brand visibility and reputation in Spain.
Essential Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sales Director or in a senior sales position within real estate, with a strong track record of success.
- Excellent leadership skills, with a history of building and leading high-performing teams that drive results.
- In-depth knowledge of the Madrid real estate market, coupled with a robust professional network.
- Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English, enabling effective communication and collaboration.
- Strong business acumen, with excellent negotiation and communication skills, driving deal closure and client satisfaction.
