We are looking for a skilled Sales Director to launch Driven Properties' operations in Madrid, establishing a strong presence in the European market.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement a sales strategy focused on the Spanish market, aligning with Driven Properties' expansion goals.
  2. Lead a team of real estate agents, providing guidance, support, and resources to drive sales targets and growth.
  3. Maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the Madrid property market, leveraging partnerships and collaborations to drive business success.
  4. Conduct market research and analysis, identifying trends, challenges, and opportunities to inform strategic decisions.
  5. Represent Driven Properties at industry events, enhancing brand visibility and reputation in Spain.

Essential Qualifications

  1. Proven experience as a Sales Director or in a senior sales position within real estate, with a strong track record of success.
  2. Excellent leadership skills, with a history of building and leading high-performing teams that drive results.
  3. In-depth knowledge of the Madrid real estate market, coupled with a robust professional network.
  4. Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English, enabling effective communication and collaboration.
  5. Strong business acumen, with excellent negotiation and communication skills, driving deal closure and client satisfaction.
