About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned pricing professional to lead our efforts in shaping the pricing strategy for Western Europe. As Principal Pricing Strategy Analyst, you will collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to develop effective pricing strategies tailored to diverse portfolios and customer segments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Western Europe Vice President and cross-functional teams to design and implement pricing strategies across product and service portfolios, tailored to customer needs.
  • Analyze pricing trends, provide actionable recommendations, and build consensus with key stakeholders to align on pricing approaches.
  • Identify key pricing factors and assess opportunities to optimize pricing outcomes.
  • Define pricing goals and targets, monitor progress, and ensure system accuracy and compliance.
Requirements
  • At least five years of experience in pricing strategy, market optimization, product profitability, tenders, or reimbursement processes.
  • Familiarity with European tender and reimbursement systems.
  • Experience working in cross-functional, multi-country teams within a matrix organization.
  • Fluency in English (additional European languages are a plus).
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a competitive benefits package, including flexible work arrangements, career development opportunities, and a comprehensive compensation plan.
