European Business Event Marketing Lead

We are an equal opportunities employer and we believe that employing a diverse workforce is central to our success. As a part of the team responsible for Go-to-market of onsite events for B2B customers, you will play a key role in executing Amazon's vision in Europe.
As European Business Event Marketing Lead, you will be based in Madrid and work closely with the Amazon Business Europe Engagement team. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute onsite events for B2B customers in line with yearly goals on traffic. This includes go-to-market of Tier-1 events (e.g. Spring Sales, Prime days, Black Friday) and Tier-2 events (Business Savings, Back to work).
Key responsibilities include capitalizing on B2C Teams to launch cut-off experiences for B2B customers for Spring Sales, Prime Day, Black Friday events; building Tier-2 B2B specific onsite events in line with seasonality, vertical or category business specific needs, or that capitalize on B2C traffic to bring existing B2B customers back to site; and driving merchandising experiments to increase awareness and spend.
You will also experience managing external partners to develop marketing programs, presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives, and working with Amazon business Operations team to externalize campaigns set up and lean processes and SOPs WW.
To succeed in this role, you should have experience in managing external partners, developing marketing programs, and presenting ideas to various levels of an organization. You should also be able to drive results-oriented initiatives and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
