Job Description:
As a Digital Media Specialist, you will be a key member of our marketing department working with local and global stakeholders to develop paid media campaigns that build BYD brand awareness and sales performance in each market.
You will work closely with the Head of Media to develop a marketing strategy for BYD Poland, ensuring media plans are signed off on time, and coordinating with agencies to deliver creative requirements on schedule.
Liaising with markets to ensure media plans align with sales strategies, you will create presentations for senior management review, support the media team in launching new products, and assist with quarterly and annual planning of marketing budgets.
Key Results:
- Growing web traffic driven by media campaigns
- Improving brand awareness and image of BYD in Poland
Qualification and Requirements:
We are looking for a University Degree holder in Marketing, Sales, or commercial disciplines, with excellent communication skills in English and Polish. Proficiency in programmatic media planning, search, and performance max campaigns is essential. Knowledge of the digital media landscape and ability to optimize cookie-less campaigns is also required.
