As a seasoned sales professional, you will drive growth and expansion in Southern Europe for key customers. Your role will involve developing relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and executing sales strategies to meet assigned revenue goals.
About the Role
The Business Development Manager position at Albert Roger Group offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our company's success. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for driving sales and growth for key customers across Southern Europe. You will work closely with internal teams to maximize customer retention and collaborate with the Marketing team to foster innovation and adapt our strategy to customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and develop customer relationships, ensuring a deep understanding of their business needs.* Build long-lasting relationships with customers to deliver exceptional service and support.* Identify and develop new sales opportunities to meet assigned revenue goals.* Develop relevant relationships with customers and industry partners to elevate business growth.* Manage lead and campaign forecasting and execution.* Maintain accurate customer data through our systems, sales forecasts, and activity reports.* Formulate and implement sales and marketing business strategies.* Conduct market mapping to identify key customer requirements.* Ensure all commercial aspects of the sale transaction are in the best interest of the company.* Work collaboratively with internal teams to maximize customer footprint and retention.* Collaborate with the Marketing team to foster innovation and adapt our strategy to customer needs.
Requirements
* Proven winning experience in Sales/Business Development with key retailers in the grocery channel.* Experience within a non-food category, FMCG, particularly in beauty/personal care/hair care, is advantageous.* Excellent negotiation and communication skills.* Fluency in English and Spanish.* Goal-focused with ability to self-manage, build an active portfolio, and build effective customer relationships.* Team player focused on team victory.* Familiarity with Carrefour, Auchan, and Euromadi group supermarket chains is beneficial.
