We are looking for a seasoned Global Event Sales Director to spearhead our expansion into Spain. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and market expansion through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for clients.
  • Develop and implement innovative sales and go-to-market strategies for Spain to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and competitive landscape insights.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop impactful sales collateral, campaigns, and promotional materials that resonate with target audiences.

**About the Job:**

You will be working closely with our product development team to relay customer feedback and influence product enhancements that meet market demands. Your ability to negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to optimize profitability while meeting client expectations will be essential in this role.

In return, you can expect a competitive salary of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience. Additionally, you will have access to a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven track record in sales leadership, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to lead, inspire, and develop a sales team, set ambitious goals, and consistently achieve and exceed targets.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
