About the Role
As a Senior Director of Global Key Account Sales at Amcor, you will play a strategic leadership and operational role in driving growth across assigned key accounts. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing strategies for key accounts, leading select teams, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve commercial excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement global account plans to drive revenue and profit growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and customers
- Establish customer satisfaction KPIs and monitor performance against targets
- Proactively leverage market and customer intelligence to inform sales strategies
- Collaborate with regional teams to develop and execute cohesive approaches to the market

Qualifications and Requirements
Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in commercial or adjacent roles, preferably in the packaging industry. International working experience and a track record of delivering revenue and profit growth are essential. Advanced business and financial acumen, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and enterprise-wide leadership abilities are required.
$150,000 - $200,000 per year (dependent on location)
