Sales Strategy Director

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Sales Strategy Director to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals.
- Identify market opportunities and create plans to exploit them.
- Set sales targets, KPIs, and objectives for the sales team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a sales leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficient in CRM software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year.
- 24 days paid vacation, your birthday off, plus local holidays.
- Hybrid work available; required in-office presence twice a week.
