We are seeking a seasoned Sales Director to lead our Madrid office and establish Driven Properties' presence in Spain, driving sales growth and market expansion.
About the Position
- Develop and execute a sales strategy aligned with Driven Properties' expansion goals, focusing on the Spanish market.
- Build and lead a high-performing team of real estate agents, driving sales targets and growth.
- Nurture relationships with key stakeholders in the Madrid property market, fostering partnerships and collaborations.
- Conduct market research and provide insights on market trends, challenges, and opportunities, ensuring informed decision-making.
- Represent Driven Properties at industry events, enhancing brand visibility and reputation in Spain.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Director or in a senior sales position within real estate, with a strong track record of success.
- Excellent leadership skills, with a history of building and leading high-performing teams that drive results.
- In-depth knowledge of the Madrid real estate market, coupled with a robust professional network.
- Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English, enabling effective communication and collaboration.
- Strong business acumen, with excellent negotiation and communication skills, driving deal closure and client satisfaction.
Compensation
