Sales Director

We are seeking a Sales Director to join our team in Madrid, Spain. The role is responsible for identifying growth opportunities for the company and providing Wasserman services in sponsorships activations, hospitalities, and other areas.
Key Responsibilities:- Developing the full end-to-end sales process, including prospecting strategy, client presentations, commercial negotiations, and contractual finalization
- Managing your own sales pipeline, which involves prospecting, leading meetings/negotiations, and deal closing with various industries
- Negotiating and closing deals, focusing on sales and bringing new revenue to Wasserman
- Identifying emerging markets, opportunities, and market shifts
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of fast-paced B2B sales experience in a similar role, preferably from an agency background with experience working with multiple clients. They should be up-to-date with the latest market news and industry trends, possess great communication and interpersonal skills, and be fluent in Spanish and English.
Estimated Salary:Ranging from €60,000 to €80,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
