About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in LATAM and the Caribbean for a global leader in design, manufacturing, and solutions supply in smart measurement.

Job Description

This is a remote opportunity where you will report directly to the International Sales Director. Your primary responsibility will be to increase the presence and positioning of the company in the LATAM markets.

  • Develop and implement a sales strategy aligned with the overall business objectives and growth targets.
  • Lead and manage a sales team and technical team to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understand their needs, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities and threats.
  • Continuously improve the sales process to increase efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness.
  • Track and analyze sales metrics and KPIs to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Business Administration or Management, Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • 10-15 years of experience in B2B or B2C sales.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies.
  • Proficiency in English (advanced or native) and Spanish (mandatory). Portuguese is highly recommended.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on your level of experience.
