Senior Sales Director LATAM

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in LATAM and the Caribbean for a global leader in design, manufacturing, and solutions supply in smart measurement.
Job DescriptionThis is a remote opportunity where you will report directly to the International Sales Director. Your primary responsibility will be to increase the presence and positioning of the company in the LATAM markets.
- Develop and implement a sales strategy aligned with the overall business objectives and growth targets.
- Lead and manage a sales team and technical team to drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understand their needs, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities and threats.
- Continuously improve the sales process to increase efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness.
- Track and analyze sales metrics and KPIs to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Business Administration or Management, Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline.
- 10-15 years of experience in B2B or B2C sales.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies.
- Proficiency in English (advanced or native) and Spanish (mandatory). Portuguese is highly recommended.
We offer a competitive salary range $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on your level of experience.
