Job Description

The Sales Director will report directly to the International Sales Director and will be responsible for increasing the presence and positioning of the company in the LATAM markets. This role involves 100% remote work from Querétaro.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing a sales strategy aligned with the overall business objectives and growth targets.
  • Leading and managing the sales team and technical team.
  • Developing sales plans, setting targets, and forecasting sales volumes to ensure revenue goals are met or exceeded.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities and threats.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Business Administration or Management, Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • 10-15 years of experience in sales, preferably in B2B or B2C.
  • Familiarity with the industry or market in which the company operates can be advantageous.
  • You are fluent in English (advanced or native) and Spanish (mandatory). Portuguese is a highly recommended language.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000-$180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
