Horizons represents our client, a leading Real Estate Company from Dubai, in seeking an experienced Global Immigration Sales Director to lead investment immigration sales in China.

About Our Client

Our client is a pioneering firm in international real estate investment and immigration services since 1993. They collaborate with the Savills network in 70 countries while managing regional offices globally.

Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Fully leading the department handling investment and immigration schemes, with a focus on Caribbean investment citizenships, Canada Start-up visa, and European investment opportunities.
  • Developing and adapting products for the Chinese market, including serving Chinese-speaking clients in Malaysia, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Singapore.
  • Managing and developing a team of at least 3 individuals, fostering their professional growth, and ensuring high performance.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial position within the field of investment immigration programs.
  • In-depth understanding and experience with investment citizenship and investments in Europe.
  • Knowledge of the Chinese market specifics.
  • Ability to adapt and develop products according to local market needs.
  • Proven experience in sales, including managing the sales funnel and developing effective promotion strategies.
