Horizons represents our esteemed client, a leading real estate company from Dubai, seeking an experienced professional to lead their investment immigration sales efforts in China.
About Our Client
Our client has been a prominent firm in international real estate investment and immigration services since 1993. They maintain a strong network with Savills in 70 countries and operate regional offices in key locations worldwide.
Main Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of at least three individuals handling investment and immigration schemes, focusing on Caribbean citizenships, Canada Start-up visa, and European investment opportunities. Key duties include:
- Developing and adapting products for the Chinese market, catering to Chinese-speaking clients in Malaysia, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Singapore.
- Fostering professional growth and ensuring high performance within the team.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants should possess:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a managerial position related to investment immigration programs.
- In-depth understanding and expertise with investment citizenship and investments in Europe.
- Knowledge of the Chinese market and ability to adapt and develop products accordingly.
- Proven sales experience, including managing sales funnels and developing effective promotion strategies.
