We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Manager to join our team in the Asia Pacific region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our range of cosmetic products and developing strong relationships with our distributors.

Our client is a leading manufacturer of actives, botanical extracts, and specialties that sell worldwide through an extensive network of distributors. With a strong focus on research and development, we combine science and creativity to deliver unique and innovative products.
Job Description
The successful candidate will work remotely from China and be responsible for:
- Promoting our products through market campaigns and evaluation of distributor technical knowledge
- Analyzing key market success factors, including networking with distributors, constant contacts, and visiting distributors
- Reinforcing the sales force in the Asia Pacific region by evaluating the current distributors' network, proposing new distributors or agents, and setting up the best distributors' network
- Supervising distributors' activities, monitoring prices strategy, and updating distributors with news and information useful for their promotion
Salary
The estimated salary for this role is between $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in sales development or a related field
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
