The estimated annual salary for this position is between 45,000 - 65,000 EUR, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

This is a dynamic opportunity for a results-driven professional to contribute to the growth of our sales performance. As a Retail Sales Development Manager, you will work closely with regional sales managers and district sales managers to improve key performance indicators and enhance overall team effectiveness.

Main Responsibilities

  • In-store Coaching and Support: Provide coaching and mentoring to store staff, focusing on improving sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Training Project Management: Develop and implement training programs to support business objectives, including end-to-end project management and training content creation.
  • E-Learning and Training Content: Adapt global learning content and update training modules on our platform, ensuring seamless execution of all training activities.
  • Administration and Reporting: Prepare training logistics, follow up on training feedback, and analyze completion rates of online training.
