The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 depending on qualifications and location (Querétaro or Guadalajara, México).
Job Description
We are recruiting a LATAM Business Growth Specialist to join our international client's team. The successful candidate will report directly to the Head of Sales LATAM Caribbean Region and work in the field with current clients, as well as increasing the presence and positioning of the company in the LATAM region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Development and prospection of new accounts and customer portfolio in LATAM markets
- Negotiations and sales closings
- Establishing long-term relationships of trust with customers and distributors in the region covered by the position
- Representing the company to customers and authorities in selected markets
- Planning, organizing, and implementing sales strategies
- Coordinating with sales teams to develop mutually beneficial proposals
- Negotiating contract terms with clients and communicating with stakeholders
- Monitoring project teams to ensure contracts are executed as agreed
- Making and giving presentations to prospective clients and internal executives
- Creating and implementing processes and policies to support the overall business
- Developing and managing strategic partnerships to grow business
- Tracking and reporting on the status of proposal components
- Conducting ongoing market research
- Working with the pricing department to create rate proposals
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A degree in industrial technology/engineering, business management, or a related discipline
- 5-7 years of experience
- Knowledge and experience within the technical field (industrial engineering)
- Prior experience with B2B sales and a demonstrated ability to achieve sales goals
- Familiarity with project management methodologies
- Advanced or native English language skills
- Mandatory Spanish language skills
- Soft skills: solution-oriented, focused on customer satisfaction, autonomous, productive, self-motivated, negotiation skills, willingness to learn and evolve within the company
