Your Role
As a Global Business Growth Specialist, you will be part of our European Key Accounts (EKA) Team, which enables iconic brands to connect seamlessly with people in a sustainable way, providing compelling value as an essential Partner of the Best Performing Supply Chains. You will be a key partner to the European Key Account Director, maintaining an exceptional European customer experience through account health management, negotiation processes, retention strategies, and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
* Interact with all key stakeholders internally and externally to ensure clear visibility, increase potential business, and maintain acceptable BVA ratios and account profitability.
* Develop and manage customer Joint Business Plans (JBP) with detailed action plans, tracking actual vs target savings, and lead JBP projects.
* Identify and develop new service and product opportunities/innovations at the Customer to grow, improve, and secure the business relationship.
* Prepare and coordinate customer tenders and support local markets in managing growth opportunities and implementing new business.

Negotiation and Partnership
We are looking for a skilled negotiator who can build and maintain a European-wide network internally and externally with customers, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance the partnership. You will work closely with customers to develop mutually beneficial agreements, ensuring compliance with company policy and government legislation.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively across broad national and cultural environments. A successful candidate should have excellent time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively. This role requires someone who can think strategically, identify opportunities for growth, and develop innovative solutions to drive business success.
