**Job Summary**
The Global Revenue Growth Specialist will be a key member of our international revenue marketing team, supporting the development and implementation of go-to-market (GTM) strategies for our Medi-Span solution and the Middle East, Turkey, and Africa (META) region, covering all CE solutions – Medi-Span, UpToDate, and Lexicomp.
**Essential Responsibilities**
1. Support CE international growth by driving focused marketing efforts in key target markets with the highest growth opportunities and revenue contribution, with a particular focus on Medi-Span.
2. Help develop and manage the quarterly and annual marketing planning for Medi-Span in the META region with potential expansion to Europe and Asia as the business grows.
3. Develop high-impact marketing programs with demonstrable ROI that support GTM strategies around market education, awareness raising, competitor displacement, lead generation, and increasing market penetration.
4. Design and implement a mix of scalable and local multi-touch programs using tactics that are appropriate to the local market and effective in engaging decision-maker personas, including ABM campaigns, digital, conferences, webinars, c-suite round tables, advertising, PR, and telemarketing management.
5. Work with product marketing, sales, and content teams to build messaging, thought leadership content, and customer testimonials/case studies that tell the value story.
6. Audit current international assets vs GTM strategies to identify gaps and prioritize content development.
7. Create and maintain an international database of customer advocacy and work with local revenue marketing leads across international to generate new materials that address content and messaging gaps.
8. Work with product and product marketing and global campaign teams to help deliver a program of product release/enhancement communications out to customers and prospects in target markets.
9. Collaborate with the Medi-Span clinical advisory team to generate ROI-based customer impact stories.
10. Monitor qualified sales pipeline and implement actions to ensure future pipeline is sufficient to achieve sales targets.
