Ecolab, the global leader in water, hygiene and energy technologies and services, is seeking a Commercial Growth Specialist to drive profitable sales growth in the Bioquell division.

The ideal candidate will develop a go-to-market strategy based on market intelligence and competitive landscape analysis, and build strategic plans with inputs from marketing to create a sustainable foundation for future growth acceleration.

The Commercial Growth Specialist will be responsible for gaining new customers, building trust with customers and external thought leaders, and managing projects from lead generation to delivery of products and services.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and project management skills, and be able to establish efficient communication with Corporate Account Managers, Field Sales, and internal functions to meet customers' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a Bioquell go-to-market strategy based on market intel and competitive landscape analysis
  • Build strategic plans with inputs from marketing to create a sustainable foundation for future growth acceleration
  • Gain new customers and drive profitable revenue growth through sales pipeline management
  • Build trust with customers, external thought leaders, and internal stakeholders
  • Manage projects from lead generation to delivery of products and services

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to establish efficient communication with Corporate Account Managers, Field Sales, and internal functions
  • Strong understanding of market intelligence and competitive landscape analysis
