Export Market Growth Specialist

Are you a sales professional with a passion for medical devices? Ophtec, a leading manufacturer of intraocular lenses, is seeking an experienced Export Market Growth Specialist to join our team.
About the RoleWe are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to drive the growth of our export market. As an Export Market Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic plan to expand our presence in key European and Latin American markets.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive export plan to achieve sales targets and growth in key markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with ophthalmologists, distributors, and other key stakeholders
- Provide training and support to customers to ensure successful adoption of our products
- Collaborate with the Global Export Manager and Commercial Office team to achieve business objectives
- Represent Ophtec at international congresses and events
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and several years of experience in international sales
- Knowledge of ophthalmology is a plus, but not required
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to travel frequently (at least 50% of the time)
- Fluency in English and Spanish
