About the Role

As a Mid Market Growth Specialist at HubSpot, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expansion in the mid-market segment. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the company's mission to help businesses thrive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the mid-market segment, leveraging inbound selling strategies and HubSpot software.
  • Partner with Business Development Reps to research prospects and develop targeted outreach strategies.
  • Run online demos of the HubSpot software and effectively communicate the value proposition to potential customers.
  • Nurture relationships with highly qualified opportunities at small and mid-sized businesses.
  • Collaborate with HubSpot's marketing and technology departments to evolve sales strategies and stay up-to-date on new features and products.

Requirements

  • 3 years of closing sales experience.
  • Fluency in English (Dutch or French a plus).
  • Unmatched consultative selling and closing skills.
  • Accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Track record of being a high performer.
