About the Role

Intrum Justitia is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Growth Specialist to join our team in Athens. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expansion through innovative strategies and market analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide transaction support for single tickets and/or portfolio sales, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in developing SLAs and pricing strategies for portfolio management, driving clear and effective service delivery standards.
  • Monitor, map, and analyze the market for potential new business opportunities, identifying areas for growth and expansion.
  • Negotiate commercial terms with investors to secure the best possible outcomes for the company, leveraging Intrum's strengths and expertise.
  • Support the necessary group reporting requirements related to new projects initiated by Intrum Hellas, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal and external standards.
Requirements
  • In-depth knowledge of the NPLs-NPEs market with a focus on portfolio transactions.
  • Familiarity with the relevant legal framework.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • Strong business acumen, analytical mind, and problem-solving skills.
  • Positive attitude and ability to cope with new initiatives.
  • Team-player with the ability to interact effectively with different stakeholders.
