About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Growth Manager to join our team at Feverup. As a key member of our growth team, you will be responsible for enhancing overall company performance across various business units, ensuring alignment with strategic growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assume complete responsibility for decisions made by the growth team within your designated business line.
  • Define and establish innovative growth strategies aimed at improving key business metrics and achieving sustainable expansion.
  • Drive the end-to-end execution of impactful projects and solutions, contributing significantly to the company's success.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams and projects spanning across numerous markets and regions in a multinational setting encompassing up to 40 countries.
  • Report directly to the global growth leadership team, ensuring seamless communication and alignment with the company's overarching growth direction.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a track record of at least 5 years in roles involving analytics and business strategy. Experience working with the Korean market is also highly desirable. You will possess a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field (STEM degree). Adept at utilizing data to inform strategic and business decisions, emphasizing a data-centric approach. Exceptional interpersonal abilities, enabling successful collaboration across diverse departments, disciplines, and business scenarios. High level of English is required, and proficiency in Korean. A proactive mindset with a knack for identifying and pursuing opportunities while effectively addressing challenges.
