Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Growth Manager to join our team at Unit4 Group. As a key member of our corporate development team, you will play a critical role in identifying and evaluating potential acquisition targets, assessing their strategic fit and financial viability.

Responsibilities:
  • Deal Sourcing and Evaluation: Provide support to source, qualify, and analyze potential acquisition targets, assessing their strategic fit and financial viability.
  • Pipeline Development and Management: Manage company deal databases, including target tracking and development.
  • Deal Execution: Provide execution support across all phases of the transaction process, from initial contact through negotiation and closing, ensuring that deals are executed efficiently and in accordance with Unit4's strategic priorities.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct thorough financial analysis, including valuation modeling and due diligence, to evaluate potential acquisitions and assess their impact on Unit4's financial and operational performance.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between acquisition strategies and business objectives.
  • Communication and Reporting: Support in the preparation of detailed due diligence reports and investment cases to our senior executives and Board of Directors.
  • Business Development: Build and grow relationships with bankers and other external parties to support business development efforts.
  • M&A Strategy Development: Support the formulation and execution of Unit4's M&A strategy, enhancing our ability to identify opportunities that align with our long-term objectives.
  • Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive dynamics, and market opportunities to inform decision-making and identify potential acquisition targets.

Qualifications:
  • Experience: 3-6 years of corporate development, investment banking, private equity, and/or management consulting experience, with a preference for candidates with technology/software experience.
  • Advanced Financial Analysis: A strong command of valuation methodologies, accounting principles, and Excel modeling, with ability to define and execute key analyses with minimal supervision.
