About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our client's team in Spain/Portugal. As a key member of the executive search and recruitment consultancy, you will be instrumental in driving strategic growth and expanding market presence for our client's Deep-Sea Services and Projects division.
Responsibilities
- Stay updated on market developments and identify opportunities for growth.
- Recruit and develop talent to achieve ambitious growth targets.
- Negotiate contracts and explore partnerships to drive sales growth.
- Lead sales teams for direct and indirect customer segments.
- Develop geographic expansion and sales strategies.
- Engage with clients at all levels to influence purchasing decisions.
- Optimize processes, efficiency, and customer experience.
- Act as an ambassador, maintaining relationships and driving revenue growth.
- Generate leads, ensure timely follow-up, and register opportunities.
Requirements
- Proficiency in NavCom technologies at all levels.
- A comprehensive understanding of marine systems across projects and services.
- Flexibility and responsiveness to changes in the market or industry landscape.
- The ability to anticipate challenges and proactively seek ways to stay ahead.
- A forward-thinking mindset to anticipate future trends and opportunities.
- Proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese language.
- Experience in developing business and sales strategies.
- A master's degree in relevant technical and business processes.
- Experience in managing and negotiating high-value projects, technical projects, and contracts.
