Strategic Business Growth Manager

About the Role:
This is a unique opportunity to lead a team of Demand Generation Managers in prospecting for new business and acquiring new customers in a diverse customer base. As a Strategic Business Growth Manager, you will partner with internal stakeholders to set and deploy an outbound plan to optimize prospecting efforts and maximize end customer value.
Responsibilities:
- Pipeline Management: Plan, execute, and report on team performance to ensure efficient pipeline creation and management.
- Sales Strategy Alignment: Develop and align sales strategies to meet business objectives, focusing on highest productivity activities and pockets of opportunity.
- Team Leadership: Oversee execution and analyze the entire pipeline created for the area, making recommendations based on insights gained.
- Capacity Scaling: Scale capacity across all regions to drive business growth.

Requirements:
- Experience in team leadership positions in result-oriented environments.
- Coaching and mentoring experience in young professionals.
- MBA, BA/BS degree or relevant experience.
- Track record of effectively collaborating with senior stakeholders.
- A strong understanding of AWS and/or technology as a service (IaaS, SaaS, PaaS).
- Profound insights into the Enterprise ecosystem, main market stakeholders, and trends.
Estimated Salary: €80,000 - €110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
