About the Role

About You
We're looking for a results-driven professional with a proven track record of success in account management, sales, and leadership. As a Strategic Account Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive account plans, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Comprehensive Account Plans: Create and implement tailored strategies to drive business growth, increase customer satisfaction, and enhance loyalty.
  • Build Strong Customer Relationships: Foster deep understanding of customer needs, challenges, and goals to develop effective solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Drive Revenue Growth: Identify new business opportunities, negotiate agreements, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with sales, product development, marketing, and commercial excellence teams to ensure seamless execution of account plans and achievement of sales targets.

Requirements
To succeed as a Strategic Account Manager, you'll need:

  • Proven Track Record: A minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, sales, or a related field, with a demonstrated ability to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Strong Customer Focus: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
