About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Strategic Business Growth Manager to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and adoption from large and fast-growing accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies that drive business growth and alignment between AWS Global Services, internal partner teams, account/sales teams, and partners.
  • Build and deliver joint partner and global services offerings, identify new opportunities, and focus on customer obsession through driving greater value from these partnerships.
  • Manage programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules to achieve business outcomes.

About You

You have 5+ years of experience in developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements, with a proven track record of influencing leadership decisions at the organizational level. You possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage partners at all levels from individual sales contributors to CxO executives.

What We Offer

At Amazon, we offer a competitive salary range of $140,000 - $200,000 per year, based on your experience and qualifications. In addition, you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
