Job Overview:

We are seeking a Strategic Business Growth Manager to join our team at Resourcing Life Science. This role is responsible for discovering and following up on sales leads, conducting sales calls and visits within a region, industry, or product category, completing orders, and setting up internal sales logistics.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be fluent in English. A bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in a CRO, pharma, or biotech company are required.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year

Responsibilities
  • Prospect and capitalize on new business opportunities within a designated pool of prospective clients and accounts.
  • Engage in active networking within the sector to build connections and identify business prospects.
  • Assist Sales Management in determining and ranking the list of potential target accounts for every 'prospecting cycle' (such as quarterly or semi-annually).
  • Implement a thorough engagement and account plan strategically, ensuring the business is sustainable.
  • Maintain a pipeline of opportunities by closely monitoring lead and opportunity status under the direction of sales management.
  • Gain a thorough understanding of the needs and challenges of the customer.
  • Organize and direct the sales presentation; oversee the sales process.
  • Prepare proposals and contracts to cultivate new clientele and business opportunities.
  • Manage the sale's aftercare and encourage the signing of the contract's paperwork.
