**Your Mission**
We are seeking a Strategic Business Growth Manager who will accelerate the distribution of our products, specifically focusing on the Southern European market. Reporting to our VP of Sales Digital, your key responsibilities will include:
- Establishing an extensive pipeline of sales opportunities, managing the development of the pipeline, and accurately forecasting sales to senior management;
- Building thought leadership both inside the company, in the digital goods/retail community, and at trade shows & industry conferences;
- Attracting, recruiting, leading, and retaining a team of high-performing business development managers;
- Working with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, legal, compliance, finance) to launch and manage strategic partnerships;
- Presenting large-scale technical products and innovative solutions to prospects at C-level; and
- Managing pipeline performance via Salesforce to ensure accurate forecasts and consistent results among Tier 1 prospects.
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 7 years' experience in Fintech, with at least 4 years of direct working experience in a Ecom/Digital goods company in a similar capacity;
- Leadership and management experience;
- Complex solution selling experience (e.g., selling or delivering software or services that require end clients to realign certain business processes);
- Demonstrated success with sales campaigns in a fast-paced, consultative, and competitive market;
- The ability to travel;
- A global citizen mindset;
- Fluency in Spanish and English (you may be required to support other markets within the EMEA region); and
