Business Development and Partnerships Manager Role Overview
Lingokids is a pioneering company in children's learning, dedicated to revolutionizing the way kids acquire knowledge. We're expanding our portfolio with licensed digital products and partnerships with renowned brands like Amazon, Ravensburger, UNICEF, IKEA, and McDonald's, and we're looking for a skilled Business Development and Partnerships Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
As a Business Development and Partnerships Manager at Lingokids, you'll be responsible for identifying and securing new partnerships that align with our business objectives and enhance our market presence. Your key tasks will include:

1. Identifying New Partnership Opportunities
Research and analyze potential partners according to our strategy, targeting organizations that align with our business goals and values.

2. Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective partners, acting as the main point of contact and facilitating communication.

3. Negotiation and Contract Management
Lead negotiations with potential partners to secure beneficial terms and agreements, ensuring clarity and mutual benefit.

4. Collaborative Development
Work closely with internal teams to understand partnership objectives and tailor propositions effectively.

5. Networking
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking meetings to promote our company and identify potential partnership opportunities.

6. Performance Tracking
Monitor and evaluate the performance of partnerships, ensuring alignment with company objectives and identifying areas for growth.
