Job Title: Strategic Business Growth Manager

About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Representative to generate new business opportunities. You will identify potential clients, initiate contact, and set up meetings for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify prospective companies and decision-makers.
  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social outreach to generate leads.
  • Qualify leads and assess their potential fit.
  • Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles, understanding of sales pipelines and lead generation techniques, strong communication and networking abilities, persistence and self-motivation with a results-oriented mindset, proficiency in CRM and sales engagement tools, and ability to quickly learn and articulate product value.

Compensation Package: The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on industry standards and location considerations. Benefits include a competitive compensation package, professional development opportunities, and a collaborative work environment.
