Strategic Account Manager for Pharmaceutical Products

We're seeking a skilled Strategic Account Manager to join our team in Cantabria, Pais Vasco, Navarra. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for managing complex relationships with top-tier accounts, driving business growth, and ensuring seamless access to our pharmaceutical products.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to leverage their expertise in account management, negotiation, and strategic planning to drive results-oriented solutions. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and compliance, to develop and execute tailored account plans that meet the unique needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at targeted accounts, fostering trust and understanding of our products and services.
- Conduct thorough analysis of customer needs, identifying opportunities for growth and implementing strategies to address access issues and optimize product utilization.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create and deliver compelling value propositions, driving business outcomes and revenue growth.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
- University degree with postgraduate studies.
- Excellent English language skills (Advanced, C1 or equivalent).
- Bilingual in Spanish.
- Proven track record in pharmaceutical sales, account management, or related fields (desirable 2-3 years of experience).
- Negotiation and decision-making skills within contracting parameters.
- Availability to travel (more than 50%).
We offer a competitive salary, ranging from €60,000 to €80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, you can expect a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and opportunities for professional development and growth.
