Overview

Goodyear, one of the world's largest tire companies, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Strategic Account Growth Manager to join its team in Spain. This role is pivotal in driving sales excellence and achieving shared business goals across the Consumer Sell-Through Channel.

Job Description

The Strategic Account Growth Manager will develop strategies to increase units sold and net sales across small, medium, and large categories. Key responsibilities include building strategic relationships with key decision-makers, creating joint business plans, and developing compelling value propositions tailored to each partner.

Requirements and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of sales experience, with a minimum of 4 years in Key Account Management. Expertise in category management, sales negotiation, and strategic planning is required. A proven track record in major account management and executive-level relationship building, preferably in the automotive industry, is also essential.

Estimated Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this position is €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
