Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Director to join our US office in a remote or hybrid capacity. This role will focus on managing a book of business consisting of Enterprise and Strategic accounts, securing renewal, and driving incremental ARR.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of high-value Enterprise and Strategic accounts with significant ARR growth potential.
  • Create new pipeline of upsell and cross-sell opportunities across your customer base.
  • Identify and drive growth strategies to meet retention and growth targets for each account.
  • Orchestrate global teams to develop demand generation strategies for customers.
  • Capture all information and metrics in the CRM system.

About You

We imagine you have 10+ years of experience within a SaaS provider and possess strong commercial acumen. You have a track record of achieving sales targets in complex Enterprise environments, preferably as an account management or revenue expansion specialist.


Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a SaaS provider environment.
  • Commercially motivated professional with a strong ability to secure sales targets in complex Enterprise organizations.
  • Prior leadership experience is advantageous, but not required.
  • Experience working directly with CIOs and CTOs is essential.

Estimated Salary Range

$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
